Best sub shop ever! Less expensive than chains and 100x better! Great people and consistent quality. Love this place!

I love this place. People are very friendly the food is delicious every time. Whenever I'm in town I make it a point to stop in and get the club with everything except peppers and olives! I recommend this place for excellent food and good atmosphere

Second time going there first time wasn’t the greatest thought I’d try again maybe try a different option. Expensive for what u pay for. Both time I asked for cheese which I didn’t know was extra and never got it. Got a mini with chips and small drink cost me 10.12 which to me subway is better and I can pay that much for a combo and share it between three. Also young lady at front was being a little rude didn’t asked me what all I wanted on it and when she asked what chips I looked to see and could tell she was getting frustrated. Called manager she was very nice and said I wouldn’t pay for cheese next time which no offense to her but I won’t be going again. Really love supporting local shops hate they lost my business. :(

Wonderful Fresh Subs, Sweet Tea & Desserts, and Fast & Friendly Service with a smile. Call in your order if your pressed for time, and they will be ready for you whenever you get there. You will not leave disappointed.

The lady taking my order literally stopped mid order to chat with another employee about a picture on her phone. No one was smiling, no one went out of their way to be friendly or helpful. Sub was good but the service is severely lacking.

Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. We had the Gyro's. The pita bread was soft and warm. The cucumber sauce is spot on. We also ordered potato salad on the side and it tasted homemade not store bought. We had a bit of a wait for our order but as I have said in other reviews we do not mind a wait for good quality food. That being said if you are on a lunch break or in a hurry we would recommend you call in your order. For the quality of the food the price was pretty much fair.

Best subs ever by far. Also have great Watergate salad broccoli and cheese soup and other side items as well as desserts. Staff is very friendly and quick to take your order. Will say if you go during lunch rush hour it may take a little longer due to how busy they get.

It's not bad food; but it's also not the same as how ours was prepared either. I've eaten there several times not much changes on the menu. I'm not downing it each owner has their own way of doing things.

Good food, better than subway quality, locally owned and operated. Large dining area and friendly staff. Parking is limited but it looks like you can park next door.

I get faster service a firehouse during the rush hour and the food is higher quality as well

I've never been here personally as I live out of State, my dad goes here ALL the time. He says their sandwiches are amazing but even more important..my father is ill, cant drive, I call the shop from out of State explaining to them my situation and needling to get my dad food, these folks here at Live Oak Subs not only knew who my dad was without me saying they knew what he liked to eat and brought him food to his home! I took my pregnant sister and her bf they got full size subs I got the mini we each got a medium drink and a bag of chips it cost me 39 dollars the service sucked they were slow and the subs were garbage I through away half of my sub so if u like expensive garbage best place to go but just bring me 30 dollars and ill cook dinner for u

Waited 45 minutes with a 1 year old for my to go order. Paid over $30 for two people to eat. No condiments on my sandwich when it arrived and no one asked if I wanted any. First time going, and will not be returning. Bad service, too expensive, and dissatisfied with food. I could have ordered steaks at a restaurant and had them brought out faster, for the same price too.
